BELIEF IN RESULTS

I don’t believe in psychic powers or, tarot cards. I don’t trust mystical remedies, healers or miracle workers.
I do believe in results.
Josef’s treatment is not easy. Though he applies only the lightest of touches to the back and shoulders, the experience is emotionally and physically harrowing. His hands find tiny reservoirs of clenching pain and, with just a push of his thumb, Josef is able to punch through hidden walls of agony held in the back.
The experience is excruciating. It has brought floods of sadness to my eyes and seared like fire through my muscles. But though the pain lasts for mere seconds, the release is permanent.
The effect of the massage is best described with one word: clarity. Transformation is cumulative and occurs after many sessions, but after just one the changes are noticeable. Without any conscious adjustment, the spine straightens, the eyes sharpen and the mind focuses. In the aftermath of a treatment, the world is lucid, the fog of normal thought is cleared and even breath becomes lighter.
I find best way to understand the experience without undergoing it in person is to watch the film Limitless. Josef’s treatments provide a tantalising sliver of the pill that fuels that movie’s fantasy. The results are exhilarating.
