HOW & WHY OUR PRODUCTS WORK
To understand how our products work you need to think about what skin does, skin is an elimination organ it is designed to sweat so that toxins can be easily eliminated from the body.
If the skin is damaged or out of sorts in any way, the elimination system breaks down and the skin is unable to function properly and produce the right amount of sweat, this, in turn, leads to a build-up of toxins trapped beneath the surface causing blockages which in turn lead to surface skin issues.
If debris is removed and toxins are able to escape the skin functions properly and is instantly revitalised as the blockages beneath the surface of the skin are released.
SKIN PURIFICATION
The difficulty is finding a cleansing regimen that will thoroughly cleanse and detox skin while keeping the PH balance in check and not cause dryness, or irritation of any kind. After a great deal of time and many experiments Josef has finally found the answer and it lies in a special mix of finely ground walnut shells, known to be able to clean the deeper layers of the skin and a specifically formulated wax substance able to collect not only dead skin cells but also the deeper toxins that cause skin blockages and irritation.
The skin benefits, as well as feeling of wellbeing, have been just a few of the positive side effects of removing toxins from deep within the skin. Josef has created a product gentle enough to be used on a regular basis, but still harnessing the ability to remove debris and trap toxins. DELIVERY SYSTEM
A liposome is a tiny bubble (vesicle), made from the same material as a cell membrane. Membranes are usually made of phospholipids, which are molecules that have a head group and a tail group. The head is attracted to water, and the tail, which is made of a long hydrocarbon chain, is repelled by water.
Liposomes have useful properties that promote them for the use as a drug delivery system, particularly in the targeted administration for potentially toxic drugs with a narrow therapeutic index.
Medical research has supported the use of liposomes for the administration of some medications, such as antitumor drugs, to enhance efficacy and reduce related toxicity.
There are several benefits that promote the use of liposomes in pharmaceutical preparations, including:
Improved solubility of lipophilic and amphiphilic drugs
Passive targeting to immune system cells
Sustained release for systemic and local administration
Mechanism to avoid or target certain sites

The liposome is a carrier system that also reduces skin dryness, the lipids that make up the liposome contain moisture, so when the bubble breaks, that moisture adheres to the skin surface helping hydrate it.
Liposomes do more than just deliver moisture to skin cells; they also create a barrier over the surface of the skin. Upon application, the liposome traps moisture under the lipid membrane to hydrate skin layers and repel external substances. The membrane locks inactive agents and protects the cells from external stressors, such as sun and pollution.
