ABOUT JOSEF

Many autistic people have intense and highly-focused interests, often from a fairly young age. These can change over time or be lifelong, and can be anything from art or music, to science or computers. An interest may sometimes be considered unusual as in Josef’s case where he developed a fascination for what happens to body tissue, particularly the effects that blockages caused by trauma have on the lymphatic system.

Autistic people may also experience over or undert sensitivit to sounds, touch, tastes, smells, light, colours, temperatures or pain. For example, they may find certain background sounds, which other people ignore or block out, unbearably loud or distracting. This can cause anxiety or even physical pain. Or they may be fascinated by lights or spinning objects.

Some experience synaesthesia a rare condition experienced by some people on the autism spectrum. An experience goes in through one sensory system and out through another. A person might have a feeling but experience it as a colour. In other words, they will 'feel' the colour blue for example. As a child Josef experienced synaesthesia every time he saw a postman, he would scream and be traumatised for hours. Years later he spent a great deal of time at the British Library researching the lifespan of postman. What he found was quite remarkable.

During the 1st World War most of the communication was via letters, this was a painfully sad time for most people and letters contained mainly sadness and grief the life span of the average postman during this time was 22-23 years whereas the average non-military person was 46-50

During World War Two again the postman’s lifespan was less than those in other professions only 23-25 years, again the average non-military person was 60-62

Once the war was over and telecommunication improved the Postmen started living longer. Josef put this short lifespan down to all the toxic mail they were delivering, full of pain and grief. This is an example of how the difficulties of living with Autism and the different way that everyday life is experienced can later be transformed into a highly focused interest.

Although Josef has not officially been employed by any institutions, they were intrigued by his thinking and allowed him to watch many lecturing autopsies where he quickly learned all there was to know about the structure of the human body and the intricate workings of the facial muscles and the impact that mental trauma has on the physical body namely the Lymphatic system.

He discovered that when people suffer even the mildest trauma, it creates an imbalance of oxygen in the blood cells. Consequently, the cells gain in mass and some of them are unable to pass through the natural filtration process of the lymphatic system. This leads to a build-up of toxic compounds which he has named 'second-degree lipids'.

Through his experience of lecturing autopsies, Josef experimented on willing students with different techniques of hands on tissue manipulation. He found that second degree lipids can be felt as fatty tissue beneath his fingertips. These lipids are usually accumulated between the shoulder blades and on the back. Josef discovered that by extracting the lipids, he was also 'removing the traumas' and alleviating the associated symptoms. In effect, by being relieved of a residue of powerfully negative frozen energy, the person was able to experience a great sense of freedom

However, his research was initially curtailed when he was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer which necessitated the removal of his lymph nodes and extensive chemotherapy that followed his surgery, Josef used the hiatus to good effect, seizing the opportunity to shift the focus of his own private research. Painfully aware of the toxins being introduced into his body with every fresh bout of chemotherapy, Josef found that regular sauna sessions were not only a source of relaxation and pain relief but also a highly effective way of sloughing away toxins as they were drawn from the higher levels of the skin up to the surface. Using his knowledge of biochemistry, Josef set about customising de-toxifying skin products, personalised to his own 'body chemistry', to work in conjunction with the effects of the sauna to release toxins and bring them out through the skin.

So successful were the results he enjoyed, manifested by a faster-than-usual recovery from the after-effects of chemotherapy and a far healthier skin and body, that Josef set about preparing tailored skin products for friends and colleagues and thus the Josef brand was born.

Josef has taken a break from Trauma work to concentrate his efforts on his new non-surgical facelift and body detoxification treatment. To learn more about these amazing treatments please visit our treatment page.
